The event brought over 200 IT leaders, vendors and contact centre experts together to discuss how to successfully embrace change in the modern enterprise.

Fusing an IT conference, technology exhibition and seminar programme, Connect 2015 delivered advice, inspiration and invaluable networking opportunities for IT and contact centre leaders from organisations of all shapes, sizes and industries.

Keynote speakers included Rufus Grig (CTO of Azzurri), Sir Terry Matthews (founder of Mitel), and Ian Turfrey (IT Director at the City & Guilds Group), who discussed his move to a cloud-based UC and contact centre solution.
