Nearly One in Five Contact Centres Report on 10+ Key Metrics a Month


According to our poll, 17% of contact centres report on an impressive 10+ metrics every month, with the most popular option selected being between 5-9, with 51% of the vote.

These figures demonstrate the focus contact centres now have on measuring performance, with just 4% reporting on either zero or one metric every month.
