SequenceShift participated in the 2025 European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) as an event sponsor.
More than 1,100 attendees from 44 countries gathered at Evolution London to recognize achievements across 31 award categories in the customer contact industry.
As part of its sponsorship, Regional Director Dan Bloy joined the evening’s presenters to announce the winner of Best Customer Centric Culture.
The 2025 Gold award went to Saga plc, with Volvo Group & TDCX Europe receiving Silver and the LEGO Group awarded Bronze. SequenceShift acknowledged all winners and finalists for their contributions to customer experience across Europe.
The company’s involvement aligns with its focus on supporting cloud contact-centre environments, including Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and Zendesk for contact centre.
SequenceShift’s solution is designed to help organizations manage PCI compliance and secure phone-payment capture through cloud-native, AWS-aligned architecture intended to reduce PCI scope and operational complexity.
“The ECCCSAs bring together teams who are shaping how contact centres operate across Europe,” said Dan Bloy, Regional Director at SequenceShift. “Presenting an award on the night was a privilege, and it was fantastic to recognize organizations that place customer-centric cultures at the heart of their operations.”
SequenceShift thanks the ECCCSA organizers, judges, sponsors, and the wider community for a well-run event and looks forward to continuing its work with partners, customers, and industry stakeholders in 2026.
