The Social Customer Service Summit will be taking place on 13th-14th May.

Organised by Our Social Times, the event includes a structured training workshop. This will be hosted by Martin Hill-Wilson, author and 30-year veteran of the contact centre industry.

The purpose of this workshop is to focus on understanding the key strategic issues involved in successful social customer service delivery. Martin will guide delegates through four key topics with a 15-minute briefing followed by an hour of discussion.

The summit is expected to cover a wide range of topics:

  • Integrating Social Media into the Contact Centre
  • Facebook for Customer Service
  • Providing Customer Care on Twitter
  • Metrics for Success in Social Customer Service.
  • Creating a Successful Peer-to-Peer Support Community

The summit will be taking place across two London locations; the conference will be held in Millbank (13th) and the workshop in Soho (14th).

Additional speakers include Carolyn Blunt (Real Results Training), Luke Brynley-Jones (Our Social Times), Jemima Gibbons (Social Media Strategist) and Delfin Vassallo (Nokia).
