Synthflow and 8×8 Announce New Partnership

Synthflow AI has announced a strategic partnership with 8×8 to integrate its AI agent technology into the 8×8 contact centre.

The integration enables organisations to deploy AI answering assistants without developer support, while supporting more than 80 languages and offering capabilities such as low-latency responses, interruption handling, and memory.

It is designed to simplify implementation compared to legacy systems and reduce operational complexity.

The partnership comes as demand for conversational AI grows, with the global voice AI market projected to expand significantly over the next decade.

Both companies position the collaboration as a way to help organisations manage customer interactions more efficiently while improving resolution times and service consistency.

The agreement also includes plans for future collaboration, including enabling 8×8 and its partners to resell Synthflow and expanding availability through the 8×8 App Store for small and medium-sized businesses.
