Vonage has announced a strategic collaboration with C3 AI to launch C3 AI Field Services.
The solution is designed to support mobile enterprise field operations with real-time insights, remote collaboration, and secure connectivity.
The new module aims to address issues by providing technicians with mobile-first AI agents that deliver step-by-step guidance, access to remote experts via voice and video, and tools to support safety and skill development.
The platform coordinates AI agents and machine-learning models to retrieve data, generate insights, and support decision-making across scheduling, troubleshooting, and safety.
Vonage APIs enable secure authentication, reliable voice recognition in noisy environments, high-quality remote video support, and knowledge-sharing capabilities designed to improve technician productivity and onboarding.

The joint solution is currently available for demonstration and will be showcased at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (March 2-5, 2026) and C3 AI Transform in Florida (March 3-5, 2026).
