Interactive Intelligence boosts position in top 500 largest suppliers
Interactive Intelligence has been listed by Software Magazine among its Software 500, a ranking of the world’s 500 largest software and services suppliers.
The company has broken into the top 200 with a ranking of 182nd, which bests its ranking last year of 203rd.
This is the 14th consecutive year Interactive Intelligence has been included in the Software 500 ranking.

Firstsource partnership wins at National Outsourcing Association Awards

Firstsource Solutions has announced that its partnership with giffgaff has been awarded Telecommunications, Utilities and High-Tech Outsourcing Project of the Year at the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) Awards 2014.
The awards recognise best practice in outsourcing projects – and reward buyers, suppliers, advisors and destinations.

NewVoiceMedia helps Platform Black win Financial World Innovation Award
NewVoiceMedia has helped alternative finance company Platform Black win the ‘innovation in supporting business or enterprise’ award at the Financial World Innovation Awards 2014.

Stellar has been named the Contact Centre Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year in the 2014 Frost & Sullivan Australia Excellence Awards – for the third consecutive year.
