Calabrio has expanded its partner network with the addition of Avant and Sabio, alongside an enhanced partnership with Five9.
The expanded partner ecosystem combines Calabrio’s workforce and conversation intelligence capabilities with the expertise of its partners.

Through the agreement, Avant’s network of more than 3,000 Trusted Advisors will have direct access to Calabrio ONE and Calabrio experts to support technology planning.
Sabio will now include Calabrio ONE in its contact centre solutions portfolio, helping organisations optimise service delivery as they scale.
In addition, Calabrio and Five9 are deepening their collaboration, aligning go-to-market teams and enhancing integration between Calabrio ONE and Five9 VoiceStream to support real-time audio streaming, call recording, quality management and AI-driven analytics.
