Calabrio WFM Now Available in Microsoft Marketplace

Calabrio has made its Workforce Management solution available in the Microsoft Marketplace.

This gives Microsoft customers the option to deploy the platform within Azure and use Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) funds.

The release expands Calabrio’s existing relationship with Microsoft and supports broader integration between Calabrio ONE and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 contact centre.

The full Calabrio ONE suite-WFM, Quality Management, Analytics, and Performance Management-is now accessible within the Microsoft ecosystem.

“Calabrio WFM in the Microsoft Marketplace makes it easier for contact centres to optimize staffing and performance using the tools they already trust,” said Raj Shankar, SVP of Product at Calabrio.

“And with our full-suite integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and contact centre underway, we’re unlocking even greater value for customers through a fully connected, enterprise-grade WEM experience.”

Calabrio WFM offers capabilities for staffing forecasts, real-time scheduling, agent self-service, cross-channel performance oversight, and compliance automation, designed to support contact centres operating in Microsoft environments.

Calabrio ONE brings these functions together within a single workforce engagement management platform, with further integration work planned to align the suite more closely with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 contact centre.
