EvaluAgent has confirmed the date and venue for its first conference of 2019.
The event will be focusing on ‘The Future of Quality Assurance’ and will be held in London, at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium on 28th February.
The conference, consisting of a series of keynote presentations, round-tables and engaging workshops, is aimed at Heads of Quality, Compliance, L&D Executives and Customer Service Directors.

- The potential impact of AI on Quality Assurance
- The importance of coaching
- Feedback in the creation of ‘super agents’
- The growing requirement to deliver a superior customer experience.
