Having achieved ISO 27001 certification, ctalk can work with all organisations that wish to ensure the highest level of data security for their company.

The ISO accreditation ensures that controls are met within:

  • Communications and Operations Management
  • Access Control
  • Systems Development
  • Business Continuity Management

The ISO 27001 accreditation covers both Premises-Based and Hosted methods of delivery, ensuring that every customer receives the same level of security assurance, regardless of their set-up.

These measures taken to ensure security management of customer information show the commitment that ctalk have to making sure all records, whether through their Hosted platform or Premises-Based solution, are regulated under best practices as stipulated by ISO guidelines.

“It is great to receive recognition for the hard work and systems that ctalk and its staff have put into place to ensure the best practice ISMS for its customers,” said Joe Richardson, Managing Director of ctalk. “This internationally recognised mark symbolises the commitment ctalk have to maintaining high and excellent standards for its customers and operations.”
