The event seemed busier than previous years, so it looks like the switch to Manchester was well received. Call centre Helper’s Editor, Jonty Pearce, did an interactive session called “What Contact Centres are doing Right Now”. This session looked at the results of Call centre Helper’s survey of over 600 contact centre professionals and looked at the drivers behind some of the findings.
