Interactive Intelligence has launched PureCloud Engage for Salesforce.
PureCloud Engage is delivered from the Interactive Intelligence PureCloud platform. The platform offers a set of services designed to deliver business outcomes for organisations of all types and sizes.
The solution offers the following features:
- Rules-driven screen-pop – User data, such as caller ID, dialled number (DNIS), case number and email address, drives a screen-pop of the associated Salesforce contact, lead, or case for more effective service.
- Embedded interaction management controls – The ability to manage, track and queue calls, emails, webchats and call-backs from within the user interface results in increased productivity.
- Presence management – Offers a number of real-time status settings for improved collaboration.
- Unified reporting – Interaction reporting integrated with Salesforce generates improved insight into performance, increased productivity, and improved consistency and accuracy of data.
“We can’t say enough about the value PureCloud Engage has brought us – from improved service to increased efficiencies,” said Steve Palencia, director for Universal Protection Service. “It will certainly be a selling point in the future as we potentially expand the properties we service.”
Interactive Intelligence is also a member of the Salesforce ISV Partner Program, which gives access to the best Salesforce resources so vendors can add more value to their customer deployments.
“Companies are looking to transform the way they connect with customers, partners and employees to thrive in the age of the customer,” said Todd Surdey, SVP, ISV sales for Salesforce. “By leveraging the power of the Salesforce App Cloud, PureCloud Engage gives customers proven social, mobile and connected cloud technologies to accelerate business success.”
PureCloud Engage for Salesforce is available on the AppExchange.
