Talkdesk has announced the recipients of its 2025 CX Innovators Awards.
Now in its sixth year, the programme highlights businesses improving key contact centre metrics such as response times, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, while also advancing areas like AI adoption and employee experience.
Winners span sectors including banking, travel, retail, and healthcare.
Emprise Bank was named AI Visionary, while NineFold earned the Efficiency Leader award. Carey International and Barcelo were recognised as Growth Leaders, and Serta Simmons Bedding received the Momentum Leader title.
Other honourees included Gant Travel and Lifesearch for operational optimisation, United Rentals and MasOrange as top new implementations, and Evara Health for social impact. CAI, Rocky Brands, and Quadient were named Ultimate Innovators for their broad use of the platform.
The judging panel consisted of independent customer experience analysts and industry leaders. According to Talkdesk, most winning organisations are using AI-powered capabilities to improve service accuracy, expand digital engagement, and streamline support processes.
