This year’s Call Centre & Customer Services Summit is taking place on 28th and 29th April in Oxfordshire.

The Call Centre & Customer Services Summit is an event specifically organised for professionals within the industry, offering access to a selection of reputable providers and suppliers via a series of structured meetings and seminars.

It is designed to help call centre professionals discuss their plans, generate new ideas and share information in a non-pressured environment.

The event will open with a presentation by William Montgomery from TEN Ltd, and will continue with a number of seminars with other well-known speakers. The Summit also offers you the opportunity to meet face-to-face with key service providers such as Aspect, Ctalk, Plantronics and many more.

Call Centre purchasing professionals from Boots, Bupa, Carphone Warehouse, EDF Energy, Pizza Express and Royal Bank of Scotland are amongst some of the high-profile delegates who have confirmed their attendance so far.
