He joined Ember in 2012 and has led numerous transformation projects designing and implementing operating models at a strategic, operational and technological level. A particular area of expertise is in channel optimisation and the implementation of digital initiatives. Stuart Dorman, Chief Innovation Officer – Sabio Stuart is responsible for developing Sabio’s innovation culture, as well as helping Sabio’s clients to think differently about CX by applying technology, innovation and disruptive thinking.
