The Infinity CCS “Be The Best” competition is now in its final weeks.
They are looking to crown Britain’s customer contact quality champion.
Share your best practice example or idea for a chance to win recognition (and prizes) for your QA team.
The selection of winners will be conducted by a panel of judges consisting of:
- Jonty Pearce, Editor, Call Centre Helper
- Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair, CCMA
- Carl Adkins, Founder, Infinity CCS
Each entry will be scored on a scale of 1 to 10 in the following categories:
- Innovative idea
- Scale / difficulty of business problem solved
- Use of technology
- Time / money saved
- Applicability to other businesses / sectors
The best example or idea will win a £1,500 Merida road racing bike. Infinity will also be giving away up to £20,000 in licences for their quality software.
To ensure the winner is able to use the Infinity Quality software to its full capabilities, they can only accept entries from companies that:
- Operate a contact centre with at least 20 seats or at least 20 customer-facing staff
- Are based in the UK or Ireland
