Serenova Announces Pascal Vincent as Chief Technology Officer

Serenova have announced that Pascal Vincent has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer.

Vincent brings deep technical and market experience to Serenova’s management team, having led the development and delivery of industry-leading contact center products throughout his career.

“Pascal has an impressive record of building product and engineering teams that bring winning products to market,” said Tom Schollmeyer, CEO of Serenova.

As the former Vice President of Engineering at inContact, Vincent brings more than a decade of engineering experience in developing cloud contact centre solutions to Serenova.

With inContact and through their acquisition by NICE, Vincent oversaw all aspects of the company’s engineering and product development activities, with emphasis on scalability and quality in software delivery.

Prior to his time at inContact/NICE, Vincent help key engineering positions at StayinFront, the University of Alaska, and Manpower France.
