Nearly 40% of Contact Centres Play Classical Music in the Queue

According to our poll, 39% of contact centres have customers, who are waiting in the queue, listen to classical music.

This number greatly surpasses the number of contact centres who play “Pop Music – Latest hits” and “Pop Music – Oldies”, which are only played by 11% and 10% respectively.
