NICE named among “World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies”

NICE Systems have been named as one of the “World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies” in 2014 by Fast Company magazine. This places them among leading businesses like Google, Amazon and Nike.

Zeevi Bregman

The company was recognised for “making apps smarter and more sympathetic” with its Mobile Engage solution, which seeks to revolutionise customer service for mobile users in sectors like banking, retail, and insurance.

“We are dedicated to providing our clients with innovative technologies and solutions to help them leverage insights from this data to transform their business,” said Zeevi Bregman, President and CEO of NICE.

Teleperformance UK wins Infinity CCS competition

Infinity CCS has announced that Teleperformance UK has won its “Be The Best” Contact Centre QA Competition.

Teleperformance UK’s CTO, James Timms, was presented with a Merida pro road racing bike worth £1,500 – which will be raffled off for charity – by Carl Adkins during a short ceremony in Bristol.

“Social media is great for connecting with customers in new ways and for providing timely and proactive customer service, but there are potential pitfalls,” said James Timms. “As any number of high-profile companies have found out to their cost, social media conversations are public and all it takes to get bad press is for a single agent to make one misjudged comment.”

The competition – designed to recognise excellence and innovation in contact centre QA – was judged by three prominent figures from the contact centre industry: Jonty Pearce of callcentrehelper.com, Ann-Marie Stagg from the CCMA (Call Centre Management Association), and Carl Adkins, Founder of Infinity CCS.

“Social media is becoming increasingly important within the contact centre,” said Jonty Pearce. “Not only does it allow agents to provide customer service in new ways, it also enables them to support viral marketing campaigns and improve customer loyalty by being proactive.”
