LiveOps has formed a strategic alliance with Connect NZ, which has added LiveOps cloud contact centre to its contact centre portfolio.

New Zealand-based Connect NZ joins a growing list of participants in LiveOps Channel Partner Program, who are choosing their multichannel plus social platform for growing their cloud contact centre business.

Connect NZ offers an integrated solution combining the LiveOps Platform and Applications with their own telephony offerings. The combined solution provides the ability to quickly enable multiple communications channels including voice, chat, email, SMS and social media over a single platform, and tighter integration with cloud-based CRM databases. The singularity of LiveOps Platform is further complemented by LiveOps Engage, the single-screen user interface for all channels.

“LiveOps Platform gives us a new reason to interact with our customers who have otherwise been stuck with traditional call centres,” said Karl Rosnell, CEO, Connect NZ.

The partnership allows companies to deploy  contact centre applications such as cloud-based screen recording, IVR, inbound/outbound voice, multichannel and social media capabilities, and to have the ability to provision new functionalities to a geographically distributed workforce.
